The on9vip VIP Rewards Program is designed to recognise and reward every loyal Malaysian player. From Bronze to Diamond, each tier unlocks greater privileges — daily rebates, weekly cashback, a personal account manager, and much more.
In Malaysia's online casino landscape, not every platform truly rewards its loyal players. Some hand out a bonus here and there, then go quiet. on9vip is different. Our VIP Rewards program is more than just a name — it's a structured loyalty system designed so that the longer and more actively you play, the greater the benefits you receive, every day, every week and every month.
The concept is simple: every time you play at on9vip — whether it's slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, or Sports Betting — you accumulate loyalty points. These points are used to calculate your total wager amount, which determines your VIP tier eligibility. The more you play, the faster you move up, and the bigger the rewards waiting for you.
The on9vip VIP Rewards program is structured across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each with its own set of benefits designed to deliver real value to players. From daily rebates credited straight to your account with no complicated conditions, to access to exclusive VIP tables and a personal account manager available to assist you around the clock — all of this is part of the on9vip VIP experience that you simply won't find anywhere else.
Best of all, every on9vip member is automatically part of this VIP program from day one — no separate application required and no cumbersome conditions to meet before you can get started. Register, make your first deposit and begin accumulating points. Your VIP journey starts from that very moment.
Tier upgrades are based on your cumulative monthly wager. Benefits are credited automatically — no need to contact support.
Each tier comes with an increasingly rewarding set of benefits. Discover what awaits you at every level of the on9vip VIP Rewards program.

Many Malaysian players who have tried various online casino platforms will recognise a common frustration – a VIP programme that looks great on paper but is loaded with conditions that make claiming actual rewards a hassle. You have to contact support, wait days, and wade through pages of fine print. on9vip doesn't work that way.
The philosophy behind the on9vip VIP Rewards program is straightforward: loyal players deserve to be rewarded in a way that's simple, fast, and transparent. That's why all rebates and cashback at on9vip are credited automatically — no action required on your end. Our system calculates, our system pays — you just enjoy the game.
Another benefit frequently praised by on9vip VIP members is the flexibility in game selection. Unlike some other VIP programs that only count wagers from specific games, on9vip tracks all game types — from video slots, baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, to EPL and Liga Super Malaysia Sports Betting. That means you're free to play whatever you enjoy while still earning VIP points.
For Diamond tier members in particular, on9vip delivers a truly unique and exclusive experience. Your personal account manager doesn't just handle technical issues — they can also help you make the most of your bonuses, recommend games based on your play history, and ensure every visit to on9vip is as enjoyable as possible. This kind of personalised service is typically only found at high-end physical casinos — now available right at your fingertips.
On9vip takes the security and transparency of its VIP programme seriously. All rebate and cashback calculations can be reviewed directly from your account dashboard. Every transaction is clearly recorded, and if you have any questions about a calculation or a credit you've received, the on9vip support team is available via live chat in Bahasa Melayu, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
