• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on on9vip. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
• Accurate information: You are responsible for providing your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address during registration. This information will be used for identity verification and withdrawal processing.

• Processing time: Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are processed within 3–5 minutes of the request being submitted and verified. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take slightly longer depending on the bank's operating hours.
